Use the future suite as the organising plan

Mark retained rooms and building elements before describing removals. Separate ordinary non-structural interiors from shared risers, structure and systems under the responsible project's direction. A complete interior strip-out is not authority to remove every item inside the suite boundary.

The existing condo request packet addresses building information and permissions. This guide addresses the physical relationship between the suite's room scopes.

The comparison is illustrative, not a construction drawing or completed project. Wider room removal does not expand the work into shared building systems.

Follow retained floors and fixed fittings

A retained bedroom floor can meet a new corridor finish. Kitchen cabinetry may sit over a different surface from the open living room. Ask the receiving floor contractor to define transitions and preparation rather than assuming every exposed area will accept the same new finish.

Use the floor-layer schedule to record removal depth. Keep that layer decision consistent with the room-retention plan.

Coordinate releases and next trades

Building management and the project team determine access, affected services and work-area arrangements. The demolition endpoint should identify what the receiving builder inspects, repairs or rebuilds next. It does not guarantee continued occupancy or immediate installation readiness.

Where the project joins two suites, the two-suite combination guide adds the duplicate-room and connection decisions.

Request one coordinated interior assessment

Contact Clearpath with the suite layout, retained rooms and authorised building contact. The interior-demolition service can assess the ordinary removal package once shared-system, material and design questions are clearly allocated.
