Build the packet index
Give every drawing, photograph set and contractor document a name and date. Ask management which documents apply to this unit and who reviews them. Put missing information in the index as pending rather than attaching an unrelated certificate or treating a requested document as approved. Keep contact details in your private working copy, not in publicly shared drawings.
Record responses without assuming approval
Record the date sent, recipient and response for each item. Separate approval of the removal scope from an elevator reservation or a proposed work period. If a response changes the plan, identify the affected drawing and ask which version should govern. This packet organises a conversation; it does not determine the building's rules or replace municipal or professional review.
Carry the agreed limits into the estimate
Bring the current index, removal drawing and unresolved questions to the condo interior enquiry. Note who will book the route from the unit to loading, which areas require protection and who will accept the common areas afterwards. The estimate can then identify dependencies instead of silently assuming that every permission is in place.
Packet index
Copy these headings into your own working document and complete the rows for your property. The prompts are not findings or approval of work.

|---|---|---|
| Removal drawing | Fill in | Pending / sent / response recorded |
| Building requirements | Fill in | Applicability to this unit to confirm |
| Contractor documents requested | Fill in | Relevant current evidence to check |

Keep your completed record private. Bring the relevant scope questions into the optional project planner or discuss them directly with Clearpath.
