The property team establishes lawful vacancy and project authority. This guide does not provide tenancy advice, eviction assistance or a promised vacancy period.

Use representative rooms without erasing exceptions

Select assessment locations that explain the main room types. Record known alterations, different cabinets and changes in flooring. A representative kitchen can help clarify the desired endpoint, but it cannot establish hidden conditions in every other suite.

Give each apartment its own exception line. For example, one retains a newer bathroom while another needs its bathroom removed; a third has a different kitchen footprint. The common standard remains useful when those differences stay visible.

Trace shared interfaces separately

Risers, retained corridors and building services are building-level questions. Management and the responsible trades establish their arrangements. The riser-renewal removal guide applies where shared pipe replacement, rather than general suite refurbishment, drives the work.

For room boundaries, use the bathroom removal plan and interior-demolition service. Keep repair, new installation and final occupation decisions outside an undefined demolition endpoint.

Illustrative three-suite schedule

Suite A retains its kitchen and changes specified floor finishes. Suite B replaces the kitchen but retains the bathroom. Suite C follows a professionally reviewed room change and needs selected non-structural partitions removed. List those differences against the common finish standard before discussing release order.

This is an illustrative planning schedule, not Clearpath project history or a promise of simultaneous crews. Access, material review and receiving-trade readiness are assessed for the actual package.

Request a grouped assessment with individual boundaries

Contact Clearpath with the property, suite types, lawful vacancy status and authorised project lead. Describe the common design and the exceptions already known. A grouped enquiry is useful when it helps assess the work accurately, rather than assuming every door conceals the same job.
