Compare local renewal with a new layout

A finish renewal may retain reception and lounge positions while replacing selected surfaces. A changed guest route may also remove fixed counters, assessed partitions or ceiling features. Mark those different extents on the future public-floor plan.

Clearpath's commercial strip-out service concerns the agreed ordinary interiors. Hospitality equipment, specialist systems and structural work have separate responsible parties.

The comparison is illustrative, not evidence of Clearpath hotel projects. It also does not establish that a hotel can operate through the work.

Follow continuous finishes between functions

A floor finish may run from reception into the lounge, while a ceiling feature crosses the dining boundary. Decide whether it remains continuous or stops at an agreed line. The receiving contractors specify the resulting repairs, transitions and new installation.

Fixed reception joinery can include connected equipment and security functions. Management and the responsible trades identify preparation and temporary arrangements; those responsibilities should not disappear inside a counter-removal note.

Coordinate release with management

The project team determines which spaces are available and how guests, staff and retained facilities are managed. Record release conditions through the phase-handoff guide, keeping access decisions separate from physical scope.

Guestroom refurbishment is another package. The guestroom retention guide compares repeated room assemblies, whereas the lobby plan follows connections across shared public space.

Bring the public-floor design to assessment

Contact Clearpath with the affected functions, retained elements and refurbishment lead. Identify the next contractor's required surfaces and any specialist food-service or building-system dependencies. Agree the ordinary removal endpoint before discussing the sequence of the accepted work.
